Sometimes it is hit or miss with the guys that work here.. However I had a fabulous experience with Jermarcus. He was very genuine and had a great attitude in his dealings with me in my time with frustration. He was greatly appreciated. I hope express Oil recognizes him and his customer support.
Trae was great , quick service in and out. Very sociable and kept me informed the whole time!

I went in for a simple oil change, and immediately after leaving, the entire undercarriage splash shield was hanging down and dragging on the ground. I had to pull over and physically get under my car multiple times because it was scraping the road the whole way. This was absolutely not an issue before the oil change. When I returned to have them fix it, I was told, “Sometimes all the pins come out,” as if that’s normal. It’s not. Those clips don’t just magically fall out — especially right after service.
