Nick was the worst mechanic I have had to deal with. Terrible attitude and very demeaning towards the customer. Wouldn’t recommend anyone using this location to deal with that customer service. The assistant manager stepped in and did a much better job however I definitely won’t be back. The photo added below is my engine light not on which he repeatedly told me the service wouldn’t fix the engine light.
I have used Express Oil for the last few years to handle my oil and other fluids. I am very pleased with their oil change service. Today, I decided to use their car repair services. They changed my drive belt using my own belt. A dealer would never do this and it was completed within 30 minutes. The service was performed by Brian, who showed me the old belt.
