I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change. Stephen not only changed my oil but also went above and beyond by checking my turn and brake lights—something no one has ever done for me before. The manager, JT, took great care of me as well. He was straightforward, honest, and made me feel like I could truly trust him with my car. I left feeling confident and well taken care of, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
I live in Mooresville and I travel over to Concord just to go to this particular express oil change place. Ethan was wonderful this past time he had me in and out of there in 15 minutes he had checked my tire pressure he had gone above and beyond very nice gentleman. This particular service center is above any I have ever tried!
I brought in my 2012 Acura MDX for an alignment due to it pulling to the right and the steering wheel being off-center. I clearly told the person who checked me in that it was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was off-center, but the check-in form incorrectly said it was pulling to the *left*. The alignment was done and noted to be within spec. After driving it, the steering wheel was still off-center, so I went back within 20 minutes.
