John and Alex were great. They were both very professional, friendly, and explained everything to me that was done on my car and what needed to be done. The customer service was top notch.
Excellent, quick service with great customer service. Brody was very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Brandyn worked on my son’s Mini Cooper and explained everything he did and what to watch for in the future. Honestly, one of the best car repair experiences. Definitely will be back for everything they work on. And super convenient location and great team. Everyone was welcoming. And totally unexpected but their bathroom in the waiting room is nice and clean like in a doctor’s office. And they have complementary refrigerated bottled water and Keurig for coffee. Great shop.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars and when we were getting serviced, they had that rating. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were professional and had great customer service. However, when I left and got on the freeway, my car shook so bad that my hands hurt just holding the steering wheel. Since I had to get out of town, I had to get that fixed. I took it to Discount Tire, they balanced the tires and the shaking was gone. I can't go somewhere that will create more problems than what they fix.
