I had concerns about my brakes, Brody was patient and kind answering all my questions. While I don't need them today, when I do, I will definitely be coming here to let Brody put them in. I am very disappointed in the "service" l received here and will not be coming back. Update: Someone from the corporate office called me this morning and was very condescending and rude. I can't believe the lack of concern for customers at this company. It seems like nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions anymore.. and it's not just here, but at a lot of places. came in for a quick oil change and i was able to come right through on a monday morning, no waiting. Jr was nice enough to help me and was very thorough with everything that was going on. he explained everything and was super polite and helpful.
