I had my oil serviced here drove off got on the interstate and the carriage on the bottom of my car fell off. Just be careful with these people on the quality work they do. Seems they are in a hurry and not doing things efficiently.
I went in for a simple oil change, and immediately after leaving, the entire undercarriage splash shield was hanging down and dragging on the ground. I had to pull over and physically get under my car multiple times because it was scraping the road the whole way. This was absolutely not an issue before the oil change. When I returned to have them fix it, I was told, “Sometimes all the pins come out,” as if that’s normal. It’s not. Those clips don’t just magically fall out — especially right after service.
