Sebastian was great!
Came in with my two young kids for our appointment for an alignment and left with a crooked steering wheel. My husband called and they had plenty of excuses as to why this happened… One being that the “machine they use for the alignments wasn’t working properly”…. yet still charged me and sent me on my way with my steering wheel the way it was with two kids. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because we brought it back and they made it right. But as a local, we won’t be coming back.
John and the guys at Express had my flat tire repaired in no time and back on my vacation!
Owen was great! I appreciated his honesty and assistance as I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, yet he didn’t try to oversell me.
