I had used and enjoyed their services since they opened but my most recent visit was HORRIBLE ! we had just bought a new car, brought it to them to inspect / and change the oil. The interaction was typical, until the manager brought me to a room alone to disclose my FRESHLY PURCHASED 3 DAYS AGO VEHICLE was not driveable. They stated it needed new brake pads & routers that I needed to let them know TODAY what to do because I can’t drive it in this condition.
