I’ve been going here since November. I usually make a trip every month to have my oil changed for my work vehicle. Well, yesterday I made a visit and asked for an oil change and to get coolant filled. I was told coolant came with the oil changed, but as I checked my car I noticed that my coolant is empty… I’m upset, I live a hour away from Philadelphia.. I could have simply paid to have my coolant filled.
Horrible was told be 30 minutes took 2 and half hours and when left truck was still pulling and they said they couldn't do anything to fix it will never go there again and will tell everyone I know to never go there
I had a great experience with Express in Philadelphia. The team was professional, friendly, and very efficient. Everything was handled smoothly and on time. The pricing was very fair as well. I really appreciated how easy they made the entire process. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
