We got a state inspection completed here. They had decent availability when we booked. They had good communication leading up to the appointment. Everything was great, only one thing that lead to one less star was we had to wait for them to pull the car back into the bay to replace the wiper we approved over the phone to get replaced. We were expecting it to be ready by the time we got there and they apparently forgot to do it.The wiper was reasonably priced.
Express was actually referred by a competitor whose name I will not say and I was so glad he referred me! They were very quick, efficient and when I compared prices with another competitor, I saved over $300 for the exact same service. Definitely will be doing more service here!
Everyone was very nice and pleasant to deal with, a very efficient oil change, along with some general recommendations for work for the mileage of my vehicle. None of them were the least but pushy for the other work, like plenty of other places can be. I would recommend anyone going to them.
