I went as soon as they opened and got right in! Tyler was very professional and kind from the start. He thoroughly explained everything to me and applied my military discount without me asking! I was very pleased with their professionalism and service, definitely will recommend and will come back.
Matthew at Express oil change really puts the specifics in detail. I have two vehicles I brong here and every time I interact with Matthew the technician, he always provides me with appropriate services. He makes sure to check all filters as well as top off all fluids. He also always looks for ways to discount my oil changes. He has a great personality as well as knows how to speak with customers. His interactions with others is second to none. Thank you Matthew for being such a strong customer-oriented technician!
I have found a new place to take all 3 of our cars for oil changes and more! I was in last week and Matthew went out of his way to take care of me and my 18 year old van. Not only did he bring me ice cold water while I waited, but he inspected my tires and found a nail in one! I was headed to the airport and the beach in the next 2 days, but was able to head over to Sam's (where I bought the tires) and get it taken care of.
