Not sure why I had 1 star here from a year ago.. Ive been here a 3 times so far for oil change and emissions and every time has been excellent
This is my second review, and I felt compelled to post it because these people continue to impress me. I went there for the fourth time today: two times for maintenance and two time for tire issues. Everything about this place is great: the pricing, the work product, the attitude of everyone there… I am so grateful they opened up shop in Dacula! I’m giving this location a one star due to a few different interactions. My first few times at the location was for an oil change. My initial oil change I made an appointment online for it but upon arrival I was told that the appointment slots for the oil changes are just to let them know that someone is on the way but I still had to wait behind the line of cars for an hour before I was able to get it changed. My last interactions were in concerns to my breaks being squeaky. I don’t like waiting until things get out of hand ... read more
