I worked with the Assistant manager Angel . I called the days before he answered all my questions and handled any concerns I had. The next day during my service he remembered who I was from the phone call the day before and i needed a new tire he help get a tire that day.
This was my second visit for repairs and service. Angel and his team are outstanding. Fast quality service and most of all honest and professional. Thanks.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Dylan at the Yulee location. From the moment I arrived, it was clear he was not in the mood to assist. This is especially frustrating because he has performed oil changes on my Porsche Panamera two or three times before without any issue. Today, however, he told me I should take my car to the Porsche dealership, claiming there were too many screws to remove from underneath the vehicle.
