Friendly service. But real car troubles need to go somewhere else. They can only do so much. Basically a more expensive Walmart car service center.
Genuinely some of the kindest people I've met. Absolutely phenomenal at their jobs, and always willing to go above and beyond.
I'm a little more this dissatisfied with my last service. The technician was too concerned about something else and was distracted by it he forgot to put the oil cap on correctly. When you dont put the cap on it causes. A bunch if issues like oil turnoff from it splashing on the engine compartment. Also, it causes the car to throw the throttle off and to throw codes for a vacuum leak. After spent over $400.00 in sensor replacements....I noticed the cap was only latched down on one side. Doing a one star because although we have had good service in the past I can’t excuse what happened to my son. My son we in about 3 weeks a as go saying that the truck was making noises and the gauges were moving all over the place. He was told that a technician was not in so they could not work on his truck to come back another day, he came back a week later and was told the same thing that the technician was not in and they were too busy to get him in today so they made an appointment for him to come back the next day.
