Went for an oil change - Friendly, quick, honest.
I have been going here for a couple years and always had a pretty good experience. My significant other brought her vehicle in for an oil change just like any other day. Couple days later we found a fair amount of oil underneath her car. Checked underneath to see that the drain plug was never tightened. You could untwist with your finger. They offered a free oil change for the next visit but I will not be going back. This could’ve easily been a blown engine.
Friendly service. But real car troubles need to go somewhere else. They can only do so much. Basically a more expensive Walmart car service center.
Genuinely some of the kindest people I've met. Absolutely phenomenal at their jobs, and always willing to go above and beyond.
