Samantha was fantastic! She is hard working, answers every single question and gives you an update every several minutes about your vehicle. She is service with a smile with EXCELLENT customer service skills. She just gives you that feeling that you and your vehicle are being taken care of and it's being done the right way and thorough. We wish we had 5 Samanthas on staff at our company! I'd give Samantha 10 gold stars if I could. We will continue to take our vehicles here becuase of her. Thanks Samantha!
I have been to this Express Oil location several times. Every visit has been a great experience. I drive an older car & am always concerned about future problems. The team there always does a thorough job on my car. My questions are always addressed & I feel more than satisfied when I leave. Recently, I smelled what I thought was burning oil in my car. Fast, friendly, and professional crew.
I first came to this location for an oil change l’ve now used them for several years w/4 vehicles. I had a problem w/tires they purchased & installed. They replaced the tires & gave me credit. They are a 10 star company very trustworthy I was at a different tire shop and they were trying to up charge everyone and I was having a hard time listening to it. This company is your down home local for real great people and service!!
