I had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Olathe. The whole process was quick, professional, and stress-free. Syd was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my truck.
Stephen was my mechanic and he was great and he’s cute…. lol I had a great experience here will definitely go again. In and out in 15 minutes. Didn’t even have to get outta my car and they gave me cold water to drink while they changed my oil. Highly recommended!
We’re from out of town and needed an oil change before driving back home. Stephen was great and did a thorough full service oil change. He was very nice as well. I’m used to the same place I go to so hard to find other places you feel you can trust. Glad we found a trustworthy place to go to.
Normally, great service. Today? Good news, we got a free oil change! Bad news, the transmission fluid was drained by mistake. Now, after over an hour, we are still waiting and have other things we needed to get done today.
Always have a great experience here. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Shout to Syd who helped us out today she was wonderful!
