I’ve been to this location a few times, and each time, the crew was very pleasant to work with. Quan assisted me with my most recent visit, and he was phenomenal! Very thorough, transparent and knowledgeable. I can get overwhelmed when dealing with car repairs/maintenance, but Quan’s personality and good communication made me feel less anxiety. The tech did disclose prices for oil change. They no longer offer any Veteran discount. They need a clear sign for entry and exiting the establishment. I PAID $145.00. THAT WAS WAY TO HIGH. I DONT OWN A LUXE VECHILE. UPDATE*** I wanted to Thank VP of sale for personally call and fix this issue with Veteran discounts. That made a big difference in customer service.
