Jose was great! Made it a great experience. Went in for an oil change as we are traveling across Country. He was courteous, paid attention to detail and was able to teach me something new about my vehicle. Grateful for his kindness.
.I can’t think these guys enough. I called them because I had a spare tire and no one to help me put it on. Not only did Josh come out to the gas station where I was located and attempt to put my tire on twice, when I was able to make it to his shop, he put it on for me at no additional cost. Went there 2 times before, one for a diagnostic and the other for an oil change. First time they did my diagnostic, they accidentally broke one of my studs for my tire and I waited for hours until they could secure a new part. Mind you I still had to pay around close to $300 which is fine, whatever at least I was okay. I then went again for an oil change and nothing else and was satisfied, but the price was about $90 with a discount. I need full synthetic oil so I was understanding.
