I recently visited for an oil change on my Jeep and had excellent service from my tech - Calvin. He offered friendly and informative service, reminding me of potential issues to keep a look at on my Jeep, like known pressure seals on the intercooler prone to failure and 1 tire wearing oddly compared to others... possible alignment issue.
