⭐ 1 STAR - Two Terrible Experiences. Do not trust this shop with your vehicles. The first incident was what should have been a basic oil change. My daughter brought with her a coupon for an oil change, and at first they honored it, but after the matter they refused to accept it because the car "took about 6 quarts of oil instead of 5" because "we could fit 6 quarts in there." I had a great experience with Harold during my oil change and tire rotation. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. He made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Thank you, Harold, for making my visit a pleasant one! Highly recommend!
If I could give them a 0 I would. Got my oil changed was really quick, the next day my car was smoking. So I waited a week to make sure it just wasn’t oil that drip on my exhaust manifold. A week later still smoking. I went back to them so they can check it out. Basically I was told I had an oil leak but how when it wasn’t doing this before I came. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t fixed my AC. Their quote was over $4,000, which is already extremely expensive, and after all this time, I still don’t even have my car back. Very disappointing service and communication. Definitely my first and last time coming here.
