As a female, I went to this place after a male friend saying it was ok. I was charged for an alignment (the full trip safe inspection was free, included in the packaged). The mechanics charged for both front brakes+alignment ($531); and I was told everything was safe for the up coming trip 1,110 miles away. I took the car back once to adjust the brakes that was very loud (and then it became fine). I took the car back 3 times to "fix" the alignment - that never became fine.
