Went to have my car inspected. I asked why I couldn't be in my car during the inspection with all the precautions with COVID and not having random unknown people in my car touching things. I was RUDELY to that by law I cant be in the car (which I didnt know) and if I didn't belive him I could go read the sign on the wall and if I didn't want him in the car I could not have my inspection done. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT!!! I WONT GO BACK.

They DO NOT honor appointments scheduled on their appointment app! I was there on-time having taken a day off work to get tires rotated only to be told they didn’t get the appointment notification. I showed my confirmation text only to be told “sorry”. I will go back to my dealership from now on🤬

Turned me away because my car was too new and they didn’t know how to change the oil...we have been coming here for years with our other cars but not anymore.
