I usually use a different service, but they were very backed up so I drove down the road just to have my tires checked because my TP light came on. The gentleman looked at my low tire for about 30 seconds and told me there was a nail and because of where it was on the tire they wouldn’t be able to patch it and I needed a whole new tire. Also that the tread on all my tires was getting low so I needed a whole new set. The set he tried to sell me was almost $1,000. I always prefer the Muscle Shoals location to have my oil changed. ALWAYS FRIENDLY customer service and they are always efficient. They have a hot job and still are friendly and have a smile.
This group absolutely takes care of me and my car. I have NEVER felt like they were hard selling me and I feel that they are very thoughtful about my time and safety. I truly can’t recommend them enough. And these guys really think about their customer! It was pouring down rain when I was last there and the manager himself came out of his office and made sure I didn’t have to walk out in the rain to pick up my car I had dropped off. Great group!!!
There was an issue that came up after the techs attempted to fix my taillights and their service manager, Billy, made it right promptly and respectfully. Grrrreat customer service.
5🌟 They're knowlegable, courteous, helpful and I want them to take my vehicles around the block or down the avenue! They ensure everything is good to go until I need to come back again! Nice group of guys there.

I love these guys! So helpful, get ya in and out with minimal wait time.
They were suppose to fix my car from running out of gas so fast but instead made it worse. Now they want me to pay them to fix the exact thing they should've fixed the first time. I do not recommend going here!!!!
