They never ever do work I don’t need! I’ve gone in several times thinking I probably needed some work and they have told me if I don’t need it and when I do. They really live up to their goal of integrity!
Service was horrible today and I am usually not one to complain publicly especially if someone tries to make things right after complaining. They did not do anything except change oil and filter even though they marked they did all of the other stuff on receipt. When I got out of vehicle to go in and see if I could at least get a sticker for my window they said “if you want s sticker get back in line and we will get you one” And when I addressed the other stuff they usually do, that they said they did, the guy said the other... read more
Very disappointed. Did not provide the complete service I paid for, although the receipt says they did. When I called to discuss it they did ask me to come back so they could do it right. Shouldn't have to go back. When this is what you do, all day everyday, you just gotta do it right the first time. And don't say you did something that you did not do. It's not rocket science. Been a customer at this location for a long time.
