I went in for an oil change and they found issues with the belt. I told them to replace it. A month later I am Getting tires at Pep Boys and they say that the belt was never replaced. When I called Express about this they say they did not replace the belt despite the fact that I wanted them to do so. Talking to the manager on the phone was like talking to a stoner. Never use this place. Ever.
