I asked for a STANDARD OIL CHANGE. they charged me for something I didn't ask then claimed I had never been there before yet I've been on and off in this area for 18 years they charged me 64 dollars for a NISSAN SENTRA. I might look like a young naive female to you but I've had luxury cars before and you over charged me my father is a mechanic in the army. expect a call. your safety check was incomplete up did NOT check my brake lights

The assistant manager is unprofessional and nasty. When I pulled up no vehicles behind me. He came and opened a new bay and put 4 vehicles in front of me. When I asked he said my lane was faster which I knew was wrong and it was still vehicles in front of me waiting. The manager is rude and no help at all. I went in for an oil change yesterday and after leaving my check engine light came on. I was the very last person to be seen so I called first thing this morning. I went in and the first thing they said was that it had nothing to do with an oil change. I asked to speak to a manager and actually have them look at it instead of being blown off. They ran it and got a code for whatever and they tightened whatever was loose and cleared the code. SHOUTOUT to Express Oil Chance on Whittlesey Road ! My Mom had the absolute best service today. She accidentally roughed up the undercarriage of her car in a parking lot and it began leaking immediately. After running necessary errands, picking up/dropping off she raced it right over to this shop. They did an inspection and thankfully the leak was ONLY water 🙏🏻 We were so worried that it was the gas line and it would cost a fortune. Went for a oil change and 1 new tire and 3 hours later I still did not have a new tire!!! They said they brought the wrong one from the warehouse!!! I was told after my oil change that I shouldn't have to wait more than 30 minutes but that turned into THREE hours cooped up in a tiny waiting room with a 2 year old!!!! At that point, 3 hours later,I asked them to put the old one back on and air it up and went down the road to Walmart where I was fixed up in about 45 minutes!!! I wont be back!!!
