Replaced my brakes on May 20. Left a bolt unsecured and car quit running so a wrecker was called. My husband and myself lost time from work to deal with this situation. I was told I would be reimbursed for my towing expense. I have called multiple times and been given inconsistent answers. Love the Valleydale branch of Express Oil Change!! The guys who work there are always polite and they do great work. I am confident when they diagnose a problem, they're telling the truth and will fix the issue quickly and right. James is the only person I let work on my car.
