After waiting in line for nearly one hour while the employees were doing way more than an Oil Change to the vehicles in two stalls tied up, we were told to change lanes and wait even longer!!! I have been a customer with Express Oil change for over 25years! I backed out of the spot I was waiting and left. Would not have been so bad if the manager would have said hey guys im sorry for the inconvenience and long wait!! I won't be back there!

Do not let your 18 year old daughter go here to get an oil change!!!!! She was told as soon as she drove up ...”I see you have a radiator leak..would you like me to fix that for you right quick....that’s more important than your oil change.” She was also told that her inside dash lights were broken and needed repair. Her inside light switch was in the off position and works fine when they are turned on. The radiator was looked at and inspected elsewhere with no issues. A few months ago I went to them bc my car was smoking and they were the closest place to me. I trusted them bc I've gone there for oil changes and a couple of mechanical issues I've had in the past. Plus they seemed to be pretty decent humans. I ended up at a little over $900 and I agreed, when I came to pick up Jeff said he added something else so it was making it about $1014 and some change. MY VAN IS STILL SMOKING! Want to know why? Bc my fan relay needed replaced! a TEN DOLLAR part needed replaced! I will NEVER come back... read more
Poor customer service. I kept being told that my car was being worked on when it wasn't. I was there for over two hours and ended up not getting my brakes changed. The man told me that it should only take about 45 min to hour. I felt like I was being jerked around.
RecommendedThey have always been transparent and honest with me. That can be hard to find as a female. They will forever have my business.
NEVER repairs the vehicle on the first try. Every time my son brings his car for repairs he has to bring it back for a second time to actually get it repaired or to finish the repairs b/c a mechanic “forgot” or “overlooked” something.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Horrible customer service. Very rude manager who yelled at me over the phone and said if I wanted to argue he was “done” with me. Over $1000 for repairs and my car is still not able to be driven. Not to mention countless oil changes and new tires/brakes in the last year. I have been a loyal customer to them. No apologies or solutions to try to help me. I am in contact with corporate and will be leaving a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
