I have came to the location several times and never had an issue with customer service. They have always been nice. However today Don was beyond rude. I am so shocked that someone could treat a paying customer with so much disrespect. This will be my final time spending money with this company.
So, I just spent $330 to repair the damage these people did to my car. When inspecting my transmission fluid, they lazily threw the cap back at the hole instead of securing it properly, and I have been, unknowingly, leaking transmission fluid for the past few weeks and wrecking havoc on my transmission. I was lucky I didn't have to get a new transmission in my 2016 Honda or get into an accident due to their negligence.
They took the handbook to my car and didn’t replace it. They also stole my tire key. Then they denied having ever worked on my car. My husband took then the receipt and they still denied it! They are thieves and liars. They refused to let my husband watch while they worked on the car. They should be put out of business. Mind you I serviced my previous car at the location on the Beltline for 10 years and never had a problem. This location’s poor service has made me look elsewhere to have my car serviced. They suck!
They are very good at explaining what they are doing in Simple terms. Lol
I have been here in Decatur 4 years and I get wonderful service from all the people that work there. Thanks guys for your best.
