RecommendedNot only is this the best/quickest place to get your oil changed, but they have always taken care of me. I am NOT car savvy! When I was a single mom, they always helped me without making me feel dumb or ripping me off. Tonight my son and I were stranded across the road with a flat tire. One of their employees came to our car and changed our tire. They wouldn’t accept any payment. I am very thankful for this place!

I've never had a bad experience! Since I bought my car last year I haven't taken it anywhere else! Always friendly, honest and great service. And they didn't even make fun of me (to my face) when he asked me to turn on my headlights and the windshield wipers went flying! Haha As long as I get great service I guess I can provide them a little entertainment!
Chris, Assistant Manager, along with Codye and Gerald are an amazing team at Express Oil in Cleveland, Tn! Great service always provided to all customers and their vehicles! No matter how hot the Summer days are, you can find these team members with smiles on their faces! Thank you all for all you do! Pulled in at 530pm for a nail in my tire. A young man checked the air and showed me I had a nail in it but said he couldn’t patch it until tomorrow because they didn’t have enough time (closes at 6pm). There was no one waiting, and from previous instances I know it takes only about 10 mins to patch a tire... so I went right down the road and they fixed it in 10 mins... your employee just let a competitor make an easy $30
Very disappointed in the techs. Sent my son here to get his first oil change by himself. He comes home with a $101.00 invoice for a simple $34.99 oil change. Without being ask he was TOLD they used high end oil because that's what was in there before. Which isn't true because I had the oil changed myself last time. Shame on you for lying and taking advantage of a young person. So much for your INTEGRITY Facebook photo.
I had my two cars serviced here on different occasions. They put straight water in the windshield washer reservoirs. I actually put a drop in my mouth (in disbelief) and there was no chemical taste whatsoever, just water. I called today and talked to Cody. He said that there is nothing he could do. He told me to call back tomorrow and talk to Jordan. This bitter cold weather is not a good time to be surprised with a washer reservoir frozen solid.
Paid double what I have paid anywhere else, and the technician didn’t even reset my service light.
