Just drove across town to come here for a synthetic oil change on my Kia stinger, they’re supposed to be open until 5pm. All their bays are closed at 4:45 asked they guy working, and he confirmed open until 5pm but “closing early today”. Been coming here for 15 years. Won’t be back.

I do feel very secure when I leave, knowing my undercarriage has been greased, and that they take extra measures to ensure quality customer service, and quality work. When I take my car in for other maintenance needs besides fluid changes, I am also confident in their work and their word and pricing they give. Feeling pretty disgusted right now. Went to grelot location for tire rotation and balance. I'd brought my new tires from Birmingham location and so rotation & balance supossed to be free for As long as you have same car. I told they guy all the information and he said ok. But come to check out and they said I owed $30 .49. I showed guy papers of last rotation which said zero but told me it wasn't free. They didn't try to sell me a single thing I didn't need and were extremely professional and kind. That says a lot about an express oil change shop! Most of them try to upsell you on every possible thing and then get rude if you don't fall for it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
