I just moved here and this was my first experience to get my oil changed since the move. Rodny and the other guys at Express Oil change were incredibly friendly, respectful and kind. I definitely won't go any other place in Madison to get my oil changed! Thank you!
Got an oil changed and they didn't fill it back up. I had to fill my oil back up myself. I also got my coolant changed. They didnt change it. I check everything. I trust no one. Will not be back at this one. I've never had a bad experience before....untill now.
Very strange business model. All the bays were open so I pulled into one. No one ever appeared so I pulled around front and went in the waiting area. No one there either. I guess you must have to call ahead for an appointment. So I went to WalMart for my oil change.
