RecommendedIt’s 10 minutes until closing time... I pull in with a flat tire and a tired hungry 4 year old in a car seat. Mr Jim was just so accommodating... he fixed our flat and sent us on our way. I know he was tired and probably ready to get home after a long day in the shop but he was so gracious and kind. We ONLY use this location for oil changes and tires. The customer service is second to none! Whatever you’re paying Mr Jim, double it! He’s worth it😁
I bought a set of tires from this location & after only 7k miles the side walls started to break down & a belt broke inside 1 tire. I was out of town when this took place & the salesman wanted me to drive all the way home so they could inspect. This was an unreasonable request as I was 820miles away. They refused any reimbursement on the grounds that I could not show them tires in person even after offering to take pictures.
Great team! Trust them completely. Look forward to continued business with these guys.
I brought my own tires and was told it would be $40 each to put them on and balance. Went to Palmer's Toyota and got them on and balanced for $68 total.
