He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, just like they advertise. This will definitely be the only place I go to have my oil changed from now on. Terrible but it’s close to my house... was totally overcharged for an alternator. Then I took it in to have a headlight replaced. The guy told me he was going to have to charge me labor because he would have to take out my battery. Long story short took it somewhere else and the guy changed it in about 2 seconds and didn’t have to take out the battery. Lazy and complete liars. This place is why people don’t trust mechanics.
My family has used this location for much more than oil and tires. They have had our business through changes in their staff and changes in our cars. They have our loyalty because they have earned it with tremendous customer service that is consistent.
Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone in West Mobile.
