Had a flat at work, and to make matters worse the rod for lowering the tire on my spare broke. So I had someone come pick up the tire and take to be serviced. On the left is what it looked like when it came of my truck, on the right is what it looked like when I got it back. The white scratches you see inside the Lug wells are done to the alloy. I'm pretty sure you guys misdiagnosed my issue because the same exact thing is happening. it hasn't even been a day since I've had the car back and now the engine is making a chattering noise and it sounds like a belt or pulley is rubbing against something. I just spent $588 on camshaft seals I don't even think I needed... I'm not happy. how is this mistake going to be corrected ?

These guys are awesome! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Every time I go there, they put me at ease with excellent work.
Last fall had a harmonic balancer fail and they replaced it and some other parts. Prices were reasonable and service was quick. 1 day! Fast forward to this weekend and the bolt to the tensioner snapped. They fixed it without charge as it was under warranty, and because they felt bad this happened they serviced the air conditioner and filled up the Freon. That’s customer service that goes above and beyond. Thank you.
