RecommendedMy car told me I was due for an oil change. Got there and Russell looked and said the oil was full and golden color. I didn't need an oil change. he could have cheated me and done it anyway. I was thrilled. Saved me $85 and showed me how to reset the oil gauge thing in the car. Super happy.
Took it to Bobby and he changed out the ignition coil for us. Fast service and highly recommended!
Great service. Very professional! If you need your cars serviced in the Cookeville area, this is the place to go! They are open on Saturdays too, which is a plus too!
Went by today to get an oil change because my Truck’s maintenance notification came on for the 5,000 mile mark. Bobby there at the shop showed me the oil stick and said the oil was full, clean, and I could go another 2,000-3,000 miles before I changed it. Said he wouldn’t sell me something I didn’t need. They filled my washer fluid and sent me on my way with no charge. I will be back when I need an oil change - great service and honesty!
I was in yesterday for a oil change, they drained my oil and then came to me and said we don't have a filter to fit your van. Then they called 3 different parts stores to see if they had one for it and none of theirs would fit either. So he told me he would have to pit the old filter back on it. So now I have to take it somewhere else to have the filter changed!!
Great service, got me in and out fast. Honest people and good work... I will return for oil changes regularly.
I've been to many different places to get my oil changed but have never been given the kind of service I did today. The staff was friendly & fast working. Will be coming here from now on.
