I had the best experience with Chance and Delvin. They informed me about my car service on a daily basis I was pleased at how the showed me what was entailed. I will use them in the near future. I have been impressed on all my visits I have made.
They do okay with the oil change, itself, but a messy job with reattaching the skid plates. They do not carry fasteners for all cars. If you BYOF, they might do ok. However, even after supplying my own, my front skid plate was dragging on the road and hanging by one bolt within 24 hours, last time. I didn't go right back and just removed it, but since the other plate still scrapes at any slight dent in the road, I brought it in several weeks later. They offered to charge me to fix it. Very reliable and straight forward. Mickey at the front desk, the store managers and the technicians were respectful and funny guys. I will be bringing my Tahoe back for sure.
From my early morning arrival at EOC-Riverwatch, I was greeted by Carl and his team eager to help me with my oil change, which they did quickly & professionally! In reviewing my service record, Carl mentioned that I was also due for tire rotation, so I went back after work for the rotate/balance service. Carl, Kalan and Mickey were so awesome and I can tell they truly love their jobs! I appreciate them all and will not take my car anywhere else!
Kalan and Justin did a great job getting me right with an oil change yesterday as well as filling my coolant! They also did some inspections and pointed out some things to me to keep an eye on. On top of this, the process took no longer than 10 minutes and I will be back!
