Worked with Mike this time. He was very courteous and never was pushy to get the “recommended” things done. Great experience and was in and out.
I have been taking my trucks there a couple of years now. Every third oil change I got my fuel filter on my Diesel truck changed. I always brought my own oil and filters oem. However, last week I was told that they could not do that anymore because I was against the policy. I told them that they have always done it and why couldn't they do it now. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and discovered I have a flat tire, went to Costco first and they said point blank it would be an hour and a half before they could throw my spare tire on for me no exceptions. I called across the street to tire engineers and told them my situation and they said come on over we’ll take care of it and they are! I’m so grateful to them!
