I had a really great experience at Express Oil Change with Adam as my technician. He went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done and then taking care of those items. I am a long time satisfied customer at this location and will always ask if Adam is available.
Adam was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Took his time to explain with me my vehicle’s current needs; simply above and beyond service overall. 5 stars as I will now be visiting this Express Oil moving forward in the future.
Really appreciate this spot. Been coming here for about three years now, but yesterday was my most memorable. In my 15-20 min of getting an oil change yesterday, Adam made my day. See y’all soon!
Adam was great. I had a pleasant experience getting my oil changed and making sure my car was running smoothly.
This has been our go-to for at least a decade. The manager and staff have always been friendly, honest, efficient, reliable, and knowledgeable. I’d like to give a special shout out to Adam- as a woman, I truly appreciate him and how he respectfully explains things to me as if I am not just a gal whose expertise is not exactly in automotives.
