I took my wife's car in for an oil change that seemed to go fine. Took it home. Car was not driven until the next evening (July 4th) when we went to dinner before her night shift. When I got home, I found oil on the driveway where her car sits. I end up doing another oil change in the parking lot of her work that evening and fine the problem is that there was no gasket on the oil filter. Went there to get my oil changed and had to back up and let a car go ahead of me cuz it there before me and then they let a car come in after me go ahead of me and told me oh well that was how it was so I didn't do my oil change there and I'll never go back there again

Came here on a Saturday to have my daughter’s car looked at and to get a quote. Not only did they diagnose her car’s issues, but their prices were very reasonable and their level of professionalism and courtesy was top notch. James Sherman, the service manager came out to tell me what the issues were and even showed me the pieces that needed to be replaced and repaired. I did not at all feel taken advantage of (as a woman coming in alone). I am so happy that we chose to come here. Thank you for being amazing today!
Rolled into their parking lot with a radiator burst, had burst down the road at Rick's Bar B Q. Rick's loaned a one gallon water pitcher so I could attempt to get home... I made it to Express. Tech greeted me asking what was wrong, I told him. He started looking (I already knew what was wrong, it burst at a seam). this business has always done above what is expected. The manager is honest and does not try to sell you something that you do not need. We have been going to them ever since they opened and have always treated us fare and been very helpful.
