We have been taking all our cars here for years (5 cars). They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have always done a great job fixing our cars and have saved us some money by not going overboard with repairs. Mark and Jason really know what they're doing and have taken great care of our family. Tom, who heads the oil change side, is fantastic as well!
I take it this place is good for changing oil only in which I've never had my oil changed here but I did get a wheel alignment. I hate to complain about anything but after they were done my car was still riding rough and pulling to one side like it hadn't even been aligned so when I took it back for them to check it out they told me I needed some adjustment bolts after they had already charged me $69.99 for an alignment. Do not get your vehicle fixed at this store. I recently brought in my Honda Accord because it was making a lot of road noise. It was fairly obvious it was a wheel barring. The mechanic took a ride and agreed it was the wheel barring. I left the car and get a call 10 minutes later saying that the wheel barring was fine, but it is my transmission. He said it was a very rare issue with a transmission, but that it would need to be replaced or rebuilt. I thought it was strange how you could diagnose a rare transmission problem so... read more
I appreciated the friendliness of the employees of this location; however, I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this location to anyone. I went in to get my emissions test, but my check engine light was on - so I was not going to pass. I knew there were issues with my truck because I had recently taken it to Nissan for diagnostics. I showed the tech at Express Oil Change what work needed to be done - it totalled $450.00. He mentioned that they could do it for a better price. They were able to get the check eng... read more
