I have been a customer for years. The technicians and managers are extremely thorough and professional. They have talked me out of additional services saying that I didn't need them. I am very pleased and have referred all my friends, family and business associates.

Had a great experience here back in Feb. 2014 for a head gasket repair on my daughters Honda Accord. Steve May oversaw the job. This was probably the most thorough and satisfying car repair, start to finish, I have ever experienced. My hats off to Steve and crew. Highly Recommend them. More recently, today. I had a very quick repair of a leaky hose. Danny oversaw this repair and again a very good experience. Highly recommend these guys.
They were fast on the day of service, but fast is not always best. On my next oil change I took my vehicle to the dealer and found out they stripped the bolt where you drain oil.

I have never met someone as intelligent and honest as Gary! He is the senior service manager with express oil change in Columbia. I have referred not only my friends but all of my family members go and have him work on the cars, and no one has yet felt they were taking advantage of or ripped off!!! He's THE BEST!

My service man, Thomas, was really friendly and engaging from the moment I drove up. He directed me where to go and walked me through everything he was doing to my car. The oil change was quick and fast and he recommended what other services I would need in the future without pressing me to do them immediately. A little more expensive than some places, but the service was worth it to me.
