I was in need of just an oil change,.my husband sent me to the slick looking place across the street. I went as instructed per the hubby. After having to get out of my car and walk in, I stood in line for more than 15 Min before being able to be told an oil change would take 45 min. But they didn't even have a tech that could begin for at least 45 Min and then my car, so I was already looking at 1.5 yrs for a simple oil change. I left and drove across the street to Express Oil. This place never replaced my oil after draining it . Due to this my motor locked up and I needed to buy a new motor . I contacted the management (Richerd whom we all know stands for @x$k & this he was on the phone ) and thy did nothing for me . Now I’m without a car & $1000s in the hole for a new motor. Looks like more time waisted in small claims court . If your reading this & in a position to make this right feel free to leave a comment and I’ll Contact you

Beware of Robbers in Oil Changers Clothing. Advertised prices are False and they will only let you know AFTER the work is done. Have a vehicle holding more than 5 qts of oil. They charge you for the extra oil and that is acceptable. They charge you higher rates per quart of the extra oil and then they add another $18 penalty. They double their labor rate because they have to pull the button 2 more times. Their prices shown for the change and by the quart are NOT what they charge you. I came here for the first time and I will definitely go back. Jerome, the store manager, is so friendly and sweet. They don't try to upsell or break your wallet. The crew is very fast and all so friendly!
