Special thanks to Robbie. I pulled in needing my tires inflated due to the temperature change. Not only did he not charge me, he stood out in the pouring rain to do it. Good customer service goes such a long way! Thanks again! I’ll be back.
I normally get my old change done at this location. Yesterday something was not done correctly and today they fixed it beyond my expectations. I explain the problem and the manager addressed it promptly to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend not just express oil but this location specifically
I took my car three times because it was overheating. 3 times they told me they found the problem and repaired it. $1500 later it is still not fixed and now has a cracked head and bad water leak that wasn't there until they "replaced" the radiator. they failed to find the problem and caused major damage that wasn't there before. no apologies. no refunds. just a car that is undrivable and an empty bank account! No accountability there at all. Very dissatisfied!!
Horrible service!! I was just there and after being ignored for at least 10 min and then seeing them greet the man that pulled in after me I left! 😡😡😡😡 Luckily I was too pissed off to get out of my car and say something because I would have cussed someone out. I guess since I was a women they figured I had all day to sit there? I do not recommend anyone giving the express oil change in RBC their service.

rainbow City rainbow drive charge me $351 and change to fix an overheating car I did not to get back they said there was nothing wrong with it it ran hot on me again in Montgomery Alabama on the way home to Panama City I nursed it home my mechanic looked at it check the top hose and it was hot the bottom hose with cold he said it was a malfunctioning thermostat he fixed it charge me outer 271 more dollars .
