Started noticing a noise in my wife's car so I took the wheel off to see what it was. Ball joints just needed grease. Been going here for years and it was checked off but not greased. If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself. Update. They said give them another chance and the same thing happened.
Good folks at this place. They are quick, do good work, and charge reasonable rates for repairs. Keep us rolling. Will continue to do business here!
My husband and I can’t thank the Express Oil Change in Meridian enough! We live in Collinsville and we’re traveling out of town for Christmas, so he changed the oil in my car himself (which he’s done numerous times before as he’s pretty mechanically inclined and loves his car projects.) I wouldn’t even give them one star but the review wouldn’t let me remove it. I recommend anyone to go elsewhere. After the hood was raised the guy got info as normal and new oil sticker. After that they’re supposed to check belts, hoses, air filter etc. Did not do any of that. He acted like he checked the air filter but never took it out because it requires some work to take it out. Came in for an oil change, upon giving the guy my card, to pay for the service, he walked way from his post with my card in his hand , instead of just giving me my card once the transaction was finalized so now I've had three fraudulent attempt of 104.00. the first attempt started at 9:00, 11,and 11:38. Thank GOD my card was on lock. Be careful citizens.
