Hoodtech JDW did not check anything but the oil (both coolant and washer fluid was low). He also got oil over everything when filling it up, and he did over fill it. Please stop hiring mediocre people.
Absolutely do not recommend. The guys name was Max and he repaired my moms tire she was out of town and got a flat. She ended up at this place for services and they said they fixed it. Once she left. It wasn’t but a few minutes and the tire was completely flat again.. she was now stranded in the middle of nowhere. I called and spoke with Max and he said he didn’t remember my mom from only a few minutes ago and there was nothing he could do that they were about to take a lunch break.. disgusting. I've been coming to this location for roughly 7 years and it is exclusively the only place I will get my oil changed. The service is quick, they are very friendly, and they are fairly quick. If you also need some certain vehicle work there, they are definitely fair in price and pretty good at fixing and replacing. I want to thank Max for taking care of my vehicle with my most recent trip to get my oil changed. Y'all please keep doing a good job. 👍👍

He helped with my oil change and even got my car in for a tire rotation and balance without any hassle. It’s clear he cares about great customer service and making sure everything is done right. Got my oil change but they failed to fill up my water reservoir and my truck overheated on the interstate 2 days later. Had to find water off the interstate to fix the problem!! Poor poor service!!!!
