Fast & friendly
Absolutely amazing service! I was driving in from out of state when my car suddenly started shaking badly. They got me in right away, checked everything thoroughly, and found the issue. Truly incredible people—so grateful for their help!
Almost always fast. Almost always cordial. Always helpful. Always informative. I've been using them for years. No business is perfect, but I can tell you this. They are CONSISTENT. They waste no time. They always answer the phone. I would hate to have to use another place.
I really appreciate all the assistance this morning getting my oil changed in my tire checked before I leave on my trip again back to Virginia. Driving to Mississippi from Virginia is probably stressful for my car as much as it is for me and I’m glad I was able to quickly get my oil changed before I headed back. Shout out to Petey for keeping me safe and informed about my car. I was getting ready to drive off when he stopped me. Thank you !
The other place "take5" is charging $125 for less service. But hey, they give you a bottle of water! No thanks. Express is the only place in town we use now. Fast friendly service without the up sell harassment. Thanks team!!
