I've been coming to this location for roughly 7 years and it is exclusively the only place I will get my oil changed. The service is quick, they are very friendly, and they are fairly quick. If you also need some certain vehicle work there, they are definitely fair in price and pretty good at fixing and replacing. I want to thank Max for taking care of my vehicle with my most recent trip to get my oil changed. Y'all please keep doing a good job. 👍👍
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Max! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He helped with my oil change and even got my car in for a tire rotation and balance without any hassle. It’s clear he cares about great customer service and making sure everything is done right. Got my oil change but they failed to fill up my water reservoir and my truck overheated on the interstate 2 days later. Had to find water off the interstate to fix the problem!! Poor poor service!!!!
Im extremely disappointed. I went by Saturday June 27 2026 and the heavy set white guy who was servicing cars was extremely rude. I've heard a noise under my car and the guy who do oil changes thought it may be my belt. He told me to bring it back and let their service guy look at it. He never touched the car. Mind you im a female he didn't explain the problem just "yea something rattling" I ask about my belt, transmission fluid he shut me down immediately. I now have to get a second opinion. They put junk on way too tight can’t get it off without breaking obviously don’t know what they are doing because it has to come off a good bit no reason to put on that tight I do not recommend if you ever want to do it yourself after you take it to them
