I was definitely satisfied with my visit. I was promptly greeted by multiple employees. They held up to that 10 min oil change. Very impressed. 2 ppl workin on my vehicle at one time. Service provided is very organized. They have earned a returning customer. I got my oil changed, windsheild cleaned, tires rotated and a tire repaired in less than a hour for under $75
Great customer service! Joseph showed me everything they were doing & had done to my SUV, and didn't haggle me with a million & 1 things that I "should" have done to my vehicle (like every other service center I've been too). I will definitely be returning for future services!
Have all my service here, now. Lovely waiting area, with feminine touches ( no grease reeking smell!!), great fast service, and very friendly staff. I was told by my dealership that I needed brakes....took car in for 2nd opinion....was advised I had another 10,000 miles. JUST took car back, after 10,000 miles!
Usually they are very professional, but today was not the case. In the past the have rounded off my lug nut and broke my locking lug nut. Today it happened again, I suggested they might be tourquing them to much. Brandon blew up and said he did not have to check anything. To me something is wrong if this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. When I bought new tires they said the lug nuts were too tight. I was just suggesting that the wrench needed to be checked.
