Called at 5:50pm on a Friday to cancel my appointment that was scheduled Saturday. How is that enough time to get in contact with another facility?How is this fair? I Had to cancel all my other appointments for next week because of this!!!

This MRI place is the best radiological experience I’ve had all around. From being easy and quick to schedule; to a straight forward payment that while it doesn’t apply to my insurance deductible, was less than my deductible out of pocket (and I was willing to accept missing the overall application to max out of pocket in insurance); to the most important part, an accurate and thorough review of my MRI reflecting information related to the areas I am experiencing issues. My experience was great the first phone call to get a Ct scan self pay price. I was told $249 and the lady answered all my questions. Then the next day when I called back to schedule the price was $299 and I told them it was not right and the he told me he forgot the Ct price let him check with someone else. Then comes back and to tell me it’s $280 and starts asking for my credit card information. Do not recommend

I’ve been using Express MRI for the last few years, and, every time, they make this experience as painless as possible. The front desk staff, Iara, is so very kind and helpful, and the technician was wonderful in helping me understand the process. Overall, I choose Express MRI over any other company for the best results every time.

Everything was fine except their cd burner was down when I was there. Never offered to mail it or anything so I ASSUMED it wasn't necessary. Turns out it was.
