Called at 5:50pm on a Friday to cancel my appointment that was scheduled Saturday. How is that enough time to get in contact with another facility?How is this fair? I Had to cancel all my other appointments for next week because of this!!!
Facility was clean and front desk worker was nice. However, the call center person rescheduled me saying that the contrast MRI takes longer and that I needed to reschedule for another day. When I got there, they told me they did not do contrast MRI. Total waste of time.
My experience was great the first phone call to get a Ct scan self pay price. I was told $249 and the lady answered all my questions. Then the next day when I called back to schedule the price was $299 and I told them it was not right and the he told me he forgot the Ct price let him check with someone else. Then comes back and to tell me it’s $280 and starts asking for my credit card information. Do not recommend
Absolute lying CROOKS! I had two scans here, and they sent an invoice for 5,000 dollars when it’s supposed to be 500 per scan. It should be at the most $1,000. HOW DO YOU GO ALL THE WAY UP TO 5,000?!?!
Great experience getting an MRI here! Except that I made the mistake of forgetting to get a copy of the final receipt which I really need for my insurance. I have now been trying to reach someone on the phone for 3 months, calling well over 10 times. Occasionally my calls are replied to or answered and I’ve been told 4 times now that the billing department will email me the itemized receipt but it still hasn’t happened.
