My experience was great the first phone call to get a Ct scan self pay price. I was told $249 and the lady answered all my questions. Then the next day when I called back to schedule the price was $299 and I told them it was not right and the he told me he forgot the Ct price let him check with someone else. Then comes back and to tell me it’s $280 and starts asking for my credit card information. Do not recommend

Absolute lying CROOKS! I had two scans here, and they sent an invoice for 5,000 dollars when it’s supposed to be 500 per scan. It should be at the most $1,000. HOW DO YOU GO ALL THE WAY UP TO 5,000?!?!

Great experience getting an MRI here! Except that I made the mistake of forgetting to get a copy of the final receipt which I really need for my insurance. I have now been trying to reach someone on the phone for 3 months, calling well over 10 times. Occasionally my calls are replied to or answered and I’ve been told 4 times now that the billing department will email me the itemized receipt but it still hasn’t happened. Really wish I knew this ahead of time as I would have gone somewhere else! Too bad as the in-office experi... read more

I’ve been using Express MRI for the last few years, and, every time, they make this experience as painless as possible. The front desk staff, Iara, is so very kind and helpful, and the technician was wonderful in helping me understand the process.
