I had a flat tire on the coldest day of Chicago land when it was -40f outside. The wheel was stuck and couldn't take it out. Went to look for help at the dealership and the owner was just closing, bit after explaining that I'm across the street and need help (had my wife and little son in the car), he just said "sure I'll help you out". I was shopping for a car and Express Motors of Illinois had the exact car that I wanted. I called and the salesman was very responsive and provided great detail about the car. I setup a time to come see it. When I arrived the car was in the condition as described and the price was better than for a similar car anywhere else. The salesman and finance manager were very accommodating with getting everything done in a timely manner and setting up financing for me.
