Express Medical is AWESOME! Customer Service is ABOVE & BEYOND! The staff - Greg & Michael are dynamic - they are both VERY professional, courteous, patient & friendly (Don't tell Michael that I said he is silly (smile), but he meet his chocolate, female match! :) ). I recently sent my power chair in for repairs, all the repairs received authorization for payment BEFORE the work proceeded. I was kept up to date on the process with phone calls. Express Medical is one of the best mobility facilities I've ever dealt with. They are factual, prompt, honest and know their business. I AM THOROUGHLY PLEASED AND HIGHLY RECOMEND EXPRESS MEDICAL Great job guys!!

Very seldom are we overly impressed with outstanding service. Today Michael Zuber did just that at Express Medical equipment in Ocean Springs ... He and the technician covered every question possible, prices, options and breaking down then reassembling the scooter. Everyone there was so helpful and conscious of our needs and budget.
