Visited this location at 10:15 4/11/2026 to have my partner's injured ankle checked out & x-rayed. After searching for an urgent care in network, driving there and walking up (difficult with her injury), we were met with a locked door and empty office. Hours of operation listed on their website were 9-6 and on Google they were 10-6, so we made sure to show up after 10 o'clock but nevertheles they were closed. Sign on door indicated they should have been open but no lights were on, door was locked etc. Very disappointing.
Dr. Kattoo and the MAs I saw (should’ve gotten their names) are great. Super kind and they fixed me right up. 🩷
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The doctor was very warm, attentive and detailed. He took the time to explain what was going on with me after a traumatic car accident.
My friend introduced me to this Urgent Care. I was seen & treated right away by Dr. Kattoo. He’s a kind caring doctor and even had me come back for follow up. I’ve never had an Urgent Care do that. I felt my wellbeing was the priority over money. I live 30 mins away but would gladly make the drive again to get care!!!
