My friend introduced me to this Urgent Care. I was seen & treated right away by Dr. Kattoo. He’s a kind caring doctor and even had me come back for follow up. I’ve never had an Urgent Care do that. I felt my wellbeing was the priority over money. I live 30 mins away but would gladly make the drive again to get care!!!
I had an excellent experience at Express Med Urgent Care. From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy. Check-in was quick, the facility was clean and well organized, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I recently visited this urgent care on 12/20 for STI testing, and my experience was absolutely unacceptable. After doing all the required tests — the swab, pee sample, and even a vaginal exam — I never received my results or any proper follow-up. When I called to inquire, I was appalled to learn that my tests were never sent out simply because I wasn’t showing symptoms. This is beyond negligent and irresponsible medical care!
