We love this place for all our family emergencies! The drs and pas are so caring and listen, and always have you taken care of super quickly!
I went here a few days ago and I received the up most care! There was little to no wait time even with it being people in the lobby ahead of me. I read the reviews and I experienced nothing of the sorts regarding racism. All the workers are people of colors and the ladies are very nice, understanding and very knowledgeable. This is definitely going to be my go to in times of need. I’ll be recommending everyone to go here.
Absolutely horrible service. The young woman at the front desk discriminates against people of color. I took the liberty to provide all documentation from my employer coverage (BCBS) for my son to be seen for the small cut on his arm. This lady was absolutely horrible at her job. She claimed she could not verify the coverage, never called blue cross her self, the proceeded to ask me to call or to speak to my HR… While having an active policy literally in her hands. I had a very positive experience when I stumbled in - in the middle of an appendix rupture. They were quick, kind and calm.
My husband just went to the clinic today for an infection. By the time he walked over to the Pharmacy, the meds were ready. Dr. Kattoo was friendly, thorough, and the facility was spotless including the bathroom. From the time he left the house then returned home it was 1 hour. Selfishly I hope this gem of a Healthcare location stays hidden to our neighborhood.
