Brandy was the gal behind the counter who helped me. She was soooooo good in helping me go through the process of getting the physical. She was soooooo good getting me set up and that really made me comfortable knowing when, where, and what to expect. Gave me all the forms I needed and told me how to save 100.00 dollars in the process! Coodoo's to her. A HUGE THANK YOU !
The nurse practitioner (I forgot your name, I'm sorry!) And the person at reception were both really great! I felt cared for and listened to and left with a solution. The wait was a little long, over an hour I think, and I was the second person in the door after they opened on a Saturday. Probably short staffed that day or in general, not sure. Even so, I would still go back because of how rare it is to feel like a human person and not just another body to get in and out the door at a medical office. But hey, mgmt, maybe hir... read more
