The front desk folks are great. I was less than impressed by the nurse practitioner. She seemed to be more concerned about catching what my partner and I had than diagnosing our problems. She was extremely reluctant to look at his throat and did not check either of our lymph nodes. She did comment that my cough sounded bad. I knew that. Genuinely, so confused by this office. 1st round of visits for my workers comp 9 years ago I get a woman who insists that at 19 years old, I must have **my mom** make my appointment (I had my own car, my own apartment, *my own worker's comp issue*, had not spoken to my mom in months) Then, this office repeatedly sends my mother, whom I am estranged from, all of my appointment details and results and **would not stop** until I threatened a HIPAA violation. I went to this place with a sore throat, cough, and congestion. I filled out all the paperwork and gave it to the front desk. After that, I waited for two hours. Three people who came in after me were called in before me. When the second one was called, I told the front desk staff that I turned in my paperwork before those people, and I needed to get to work.
