I had a wonderful experience at Express MD Urgent Care. The staff was very professional, friendly specially ( Edi ) and caring from the moment I walked in. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. The doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care with clear explanations. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and compassionate urgent care services.
The front desk staff/reception behavior is nasty! Knowledge level zero but attitude and the way she talks is like she has some sort superiority! I hate such type of personalities. Wouldn’t return at all. Making sure so one visit at least people I know PS. I see all the complains Re about the same person in front desk, what makes the management to train her properly or is it that she is somehow owner?
This is my "go to" urgent care when I am unable to see my PCP. And I always have a good experience, from the front desk personnel to the medical assistants to the providers. No issues. Up until today. I came in for c/o cellulitis on my right ear lobe. I saw "Idi" (not sure if I am spelling her name right but she is an African lady who's a NP). I had a great experience here! Jasmine was very kind and helped me out a lot, I went through several urgent cares, but this one was equipped with what I needed and the staff to do so. Everyone was pleasant to talk to. Would come here again for sure.
