Pulled into the shop, service gets 99% complete (other than closing the hood and letting me pay) and the guy servicing my car gets pulled away by I guess his manager. After another 25 minutes of sitting there waiting for someone to close my hood and let me pay, I decide to get out and close my hood myself and FIND someone to pay. AFTER the technician took my money. They proceed to CLOSE the bay door and threaten to call the police on me. For what? took me hour and half for a 10 oil change
Great service and polite workers
I’ve been taking my old 1999 4 runner to them for years! Always had the best service and never had a problem. Got a new GMC decided to take it to the local dealership for servicing and realized quickly to go back to Express! These guys are the best seriously! So polite, answer all my questions and never try to rip you off like the dealership! Not to mention great prices! They have my business!
Had an issue that was hindering my workday. I was able to bring it to them and have the issue resolved quickly.
They could stand behind their work and Fix mistakes! They left the oil filter loose and it fell off going down the road and ruined the engine! This is the SECOND time in the last couple of years that I PERSONALLY know of that this has happened at one of their facilities!! BEWARE!!! Shouldn't have to have to go to court to resolve this! 😡😡😡
