I am going to give Express Lube five F's -- Fast, eFFIcient, Friendly and inFormative. Had a great first experience with them today and will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

I have had my two vehicles serviced by this business for the last few years. They get you in and out. The manager is short on personality, but hey, it's an oil change place, not a nice restaurant. I was turned away rudely when I showed up on a Saturday for an oil change, at 11:55. Posted hours were Sat 9-12:30. The manager, just finishing up a car, told me, "we close between 12 and 12:30", then turned his back on me. Bad move for a small-town business. I will be looking for another oil-change place, hopefully in Lake County.... read more
