Went to get an inspection at this place and the guy at the desk was very rude. Terrible customer service! Plus the lady in front of me wanted a basic oil change and he said they only have synthetic or synthetic blend! What? No basic oil change

Poor ethics I was charged over $50 for an engine air filter replacement, even though i had just replaced it myself. This is a simple 2-minute DIY job using a $15 filter from Amazon. They did not call to notify me before throwing out my filter. Money grab move. Mo is a good mechanic so the surprise work really sucks.
