Gilbert and his staff do an excellent job. They deliver top tier service at fair and competitive prices. Front desk staff always has a smile and a kind word. The estimate of both cost and time to return vehicle are always spot on! I have used other vehicle service companies including the actual Jeep dealership in Baytown… and I won’t be going anywhere but this location in the future.
Gilbert is a scummy and scammy guy. The tech Didn't install the front passenger CV axle correctly. Lied about how long it took to complete all the work. Still charged for 5+ hours of labor. I see a lot of 5 stars for oil changes, y'all should probably just stick to that.
I can always count on excellent customer service, professionalism and getting my oil changed in a timely manner. The workers are attentive and inform you of any changes.
Amanda was extremely helpful and the the inspection process was quick. We were in and out fast.
