I usually don’t have a problem here, but my wife was just embarrassed in front of the entire business and laughed at because her oil was overdue. I called the manager and he hung up. We will not be coming back.
Ladies find a better place. The men are rude and condescending and the next time a woman brings her car in don’t give the diagnosis to her male friend and ignore her especially when she paid cash for her car and is paying you! Our money spends everywhere!
It's like you guys put the most unfriendly people up front. Just got an inspection and the guy was just rude to everyone who walked in. Then the guy had the nerve to try selling me a car wash after. I'd rather go home and hand wash it naked in 20° weather than give you another dime of my money. Every time I I've been here it's the same story. Or so express! Went to get my truck inspected and was told to turn of the engine and be patient. He said it was going to be a while because they had to take parts off of the car on the lift. I said I thought this was express? The owner said well you shouldn’t wait until the end of the month. That had nothing to do with it. I guess now they are a full service gap and fix cars?
